Registration Packages

Registration Fee Includes

• Conference materials
• Certificate of Attendance
• Admission to the scientific sessions and exhibition & poster hall
• Gala Dinner is excluded to registration fees

Registered conference participants who cannot attend the conference will be refunded as follows:  

• Before / on 15^th August 2022, the registration fee will be refunded deducting an admission fee of % 15 of the paid amount
• From 16^th August to 15^th September 2022, registration fee will be refunded deducting an admission fee of % 50 of the paid amount
• On / after 16 September, no refund will be done
• Cancellations of the registration must be made in writing to the conference secretariat via e-mail to iasgo-registration@dixitravel.com 
• In general, registrations for all social events are % 100 refundable till 15th September 2022, non-refundable after 15th September 2022
• Name changes till 15th September incur a handling fee of 25 EUR per registration
• All refunds will be done after 15th October 2022
